Liliana Leone grew up in Cleveland, Ohio where she attended CSU and graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in accounting. After graduating, she worked as a tax accountant but then transitioned into outside sales for Fortune 500 companies. In addition, she was an improvisational actor and performed in local murder mystery dinner events as well as local community and dinner theatre. Liliana was also an extra in the NBC TV movie special, Babe Ruth, filmed in Cleveland, OH and the Hollywood Pictures movie, Passed Away, filmed in Pittsburgh, PA.
Being a first-generation Italian American, Liliana began Kindergarten speaking Italian in her classroom but eventually learned English just by observing and listening to classmates and her teacher. She is fluent in Italian and has basic knowledge of Spanish and French. Liliana adores to travel, especially to her hometown in the Abruzzo Region of Italy, and enjoys experiencing different cultures. In 2014, Liliana started her own company, Abruzzo Publishing, to self-publish her first children's book in the children’s book series, Les Cinq Eiffels®. She enjoys sharing her journey as an author, illustrator and artist, her love for languages and her amazing travels by speaking to students at schools and other establishments across the United States.
